Each year during the winter holiday season Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort and Spa has a festive gingerbread house display in the hotel’s lobby.

But did you know they also have an Easter egg display in the spring?

This year’s Easter egg display begins today, April 4, and it marks the third year that the Grand Floridian Easter egg display has been showcased.

These aren’t your run-of-the-mill colored Easter eggs either. They are completely edible, and are created by master pastry Chef Erich Herbitschek and the pastry team at the Grand Floridian.

Each Easter egg is 16-to-20 inches tall and the eggs are created with modeling chocolate, fondant, sculpted sugar, and royal icing. Then they are are painted with tinted cocoa butter, and each eggs depicts scenes from Disney movies.

The edible eggs takes 18-20 hours per egg to create, and this year’s display includes 18 eggs featuring scenes from Frozen, The Little Mermaid, Cinderella, Pocahontas, and Lady and the Tramp.

The Grand Floridian’s Easter eggs will be on display through April 22.
