Sebastian’s Bistro – the new table service restaurant at Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort – will be ending lunch service later this month. Guests will be able to dine at Sebastian’s Bistro for dinner only starting January 27. A new credit card policy for guests who wish to put a credit card on file during their stay will begin at the Walt Disney World Resort Hotels on February 27. Under the new policy the Hotels will place “incremental authorization holds on the card for estimated incidental expenses, in addition to any balance due on the reservation.” The authorization hold will be for any balance due on the reservations plus $100 for expected incidental purchases, according to Disney. In a surprise move, Disney has announced the dates for the 2019 Free Dining with dates throughout the summer and early fall. These dates are MUCH earlier than normal, presumably to counteract the huge crowds that are expected this fall and winter for the opening of Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge. Free Dining is being offered to guests arriving most nights from July 5-September 30, 2019, and can be booked NOW through February 10, 2019.
