Closures Expected at Wilderness Lodge this Fall Due to Construction
Construction on the waterside bungalows at Disney’s Wilderness lodge will reportedly begin in October, and with the start of construction comes the temporary closure of several areas at the resort. According to several reports the impacted areas include the resort’s beach, the playground, the fire pit, and the Hidden Springs leisure pool. Boat and bike rentals, the nature trail, and the resort’s spa will also be unavailable. The main feature pool – which just went through a renovation last fall – will remain open.
