At all of the Deluxe Resorts at Walt Disney World, you will find concierge rooms. Located on a private floor, there is a special lounge that serves food just for concierge guests. You will also enjoy nightly turn down service, daily newspapers outside your door and bottled water.
There are actually two levels of concierge rooms at Disney’s Contemporary Resort, the Atrium Club on the 12th floor and the Tower Club on the 14th floor.

Atrium Club Concierge
The Atrium Club Concierge Rooms are located on the 12th floor of the Contemporary Resort. The rooms are the same as all of the standard rooms throughout the resort, but feature larger balconies and of course, access to the amenities and services only available to concierge guests.
Atrium Club concierge rooms feature views of the Magic Kingdom, Bay Lake or the parking lot.
Contemporary Resort Standard Room
Tower Club Concierge
The Tower Club Concierge Rooms are located on the 14th floor of the Contemporary Resort. The 14th floor features a mix of standard rooms and also Tower Suites. There are one and two bedroom suites to choose from, including the Presidential Suite, which starts at $2,000 a night.
