The newest restaurant at the Walt Disney World Resort opens December 18, and Disney recently debuted the menu.
Trattoria al Forno is scheduled to open at Disney’s BoardWalk in the former location of Kouzzina by Cat Cora. The restaurant closed on September 30.
The menu at Trattoria al Forno features regional Italian specialties in addition to hand-crafted mozzarella and pizzas baked in wood-burning ovens.
The dinner menu features an antipasti section with salads, calamari, mussels, cured meats, and other items. The entrees include a seasonal risotto, slow-cooked lamb shank, whole roasted fish with vegetables, eggplant rollatini, and more.
The dessert menu features tiramisu, lemon panna cotta, and a signature dessert of bomboloni served with dark chocolate and vanilla gelato.
Trattoria al Forno is open for breakfast each day but there is no word yet on what the breakfast menu will include.
Hours for Trattoria al Forno are: breakfast from 7:30-10 a.m., and dinner from 5-10 p.m.
Reservations will be accepted beginning October 21, and the restaurant will accept the Disney Dining Plan.
