Menus and Seminar Details Announced for 2014 Disney Swan and Dolphin Food and Wine Classic

The Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin has announced more details for the 2014 Disney Swan and Dolphin Food and Wine Classic.

The two-day event is scheduled to take place Friday, October 31, and Saturday, November 1, and coincides with the Epcot International Food & Wine Festival.

In addition to the Causeway Booths where guests can sample food from each of the Swan and Dolphin’s nine restaurants and wines from around the world, the events also includes seminars on both days.

The tasting booths are set up along the promenade between the Swan and Dolphin and you can see the menus, wine tastings, and more listed on the Disney Food Blog. This year the Food and Wine Classic is also introducing a Beer Garden for an additional charge.

The seminars are scheduled to start both days at 4:30 p.m. and the Causeway Booths will open at 5:30 p.m.

This year’s event includes 10 seminars in the categories of Beer and Wine, Spirits and Mixology, or Pairings Experiences. There is also a Pasta Making Seminar, a Fine Art of Sushi and Sake seminar, and The Cheese Course.

The Swan and Dolphin has a one-night room and event package and a two-night room and event package. The one night room package includes accommodations for two adults and two causeway event passes, while the two night package includes accommodations for two nights and two causeway passes for each night.
