Where To Eat at Coronado Springs

Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort is a moderate resort located near Epcot and Hollywood Studios. It’s a large American Southwest themed resort that surrounds a 15 acre lake called Lago Dorado.

While staying at Coronado Springs, there are many places to dine at. There is a table service restaurant, a food court, a grab n’ go, an upscale lounge and 2 pool bars.?The restaurants are operated by?Palmas Services, which also operates the San Angel Inn and La Cantina De San Angel at Disney’s Epcot Park.

Maya Grill

Inspired by Aztec and Mayan influences, the Maya Grill is the Coronado Springs sit-down restaurant. The lighting is low, the floor is covered in Mexican tiles and there are large columns?separating?the?restaurant?into three sections: Sun, Fire and Water. The kitchen is open and you can see the large, wood-burning stove.

Maya Grill serves breakfast from 7am-11am and offers up the typical breakfast fare. Try the Steak and Huevos Rancheros! It’s?2 eggs cooked to order and char-grilled sirloin on corn tortillas, served with ranchera sauce and jack blend cheese!

Between 5pm-11pm, you can enjoy dinner at Maya Grill.?Surprisingly, you won’t find the typical American-Mexican food. Here, it’s all about the meat. Prime Rib and Kobe Burgers are popular choices here, as is the selection of seafood they offer.

The Children’s Menu includes items like Toasted Ravioli, Grilled Chicken and Fish with fruit and pasta as sides.

For dessert, try ?a favorite in Mexico like Flan or Churros. They also offer Deep Fried Cheesecake and Chocolate Cake.

Maya Grill has a nice selection of adult beverages, such as Margaritas and an extensive wine list.

Pepper Market Food Court

You’ll feel like you are walking into an outdoor marketplace when you dine at the Pepper Market Food Court. This is not the usual food court that you are used to at other Disney Resorts. When you enter, you are seated in one of the 420 seats by your hostess. You will be given a ticket and then your family will check out the food offerings.

This bright and colorful marketplace is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner and features different food stations.

Breakfast offers up breakfast burritos, omelets, bakery goods, fruit and more.

For lunch and dinner, choose from several different stations such as the Chef’s Station featuring fajitas, nachos and quesadillas. The Market Station offers up fresh sandwiches and salads. The Grill Station is the place to go for burgers, steak and ribs. The Hot Sandwich Station serves up selections like cheese steak sandwiches and tuna melts. You can order a selection of pasta and pizza at the Pizza Station.

If the kids don’t like any of the offerings, there is a special Kid’s Kitchen with chicken nuggets, hot dogs and pizza.

What’s great about the Pepper Market Food Court is the ability to mix and match! Go ahead and order fajitas with a baked potato. Or maybe nachos and a salad! There is also a selection of desserts and ice cream.

When you decide what to eat, you will hand your ticket over to the chef so they can stamp what you are ordering. Hold on to your ticket because you will pay after you eat.

There is a 10% gratuity added to your bill. If you plan on taking your meal outside to eat or perhaps to the lake, make sure to let them know it is “To-Go”. They will take the 10% gratuity off your bill.
