The Tranquilo Golf Club at Four Seasons Resort Orlando is now open for guests and locals to enjoy the redesigned 18-hole course.

The course was originally built in 1992 as the Tom Fazio-designed Disney’s Osprey Ridge course. Fazio has redesigned the course for the Four Seasons with a new hole, renovated bunkers, improved visibility and air flow, and a renovated clubhouse.

The course is a Par 71 with four sets of tees on each hole and a yardage of 6,901.

“I am very proud of the transformation of the Tranquilo Golf Club golf course.  Since the course opened over 20 years ago, it has been considered among the best courses in the region, and the recent upgrades and improvements to the course will surely solidify that reputation for many years to come,” said Tom Fazio of Fazio Golf Design.

The Tranquilo course is also certified by the Audubon Cooperative Sanctuary Program for golf by the National Audubon Society. The naturalized areas on the course in addition to the native plants and trees are meant to provide food and water for local and migratory wildlife.

The course is available for tee times up to 60 days in advance for registered hotel guests, and it is open to the public for tee times up to 30 days in advance. Families are encouraged to play and the course even has special golf carts that can accommodate a family of four. Kids 12 and younger play free with an adult.

Tee times can be reserved online or by contacting the Four Seasons Resort Orlando at 407-313-7777.
