Disney has recently filed permits for the renovation of the cabins at Fort Wilderness. The notice of commencement filed with Orange County is for work that is scheduled to begin on the 300 cabins located at Fort Wilderness. The contractor listed on the permit is Validus Construction Services LLC, an Orlando-based contractor that has done work at Disney in the past. The ‘Family Culinary Adventure’ gives guests a chance to prepare a meal from scratch and learn some “tricks of the trade” from Disney chefs.
