If you’re visiting the Walt Disney World Resort this week for Easter, several of the resort hotels have special events and food planned.

At the Contemporary a special cupcake is available April 3-5 featuring pineapple-coconut filling, white chocolate buttercream frosting, toasted coconut, jelly beans, and a bunny macaron garnish. The resort also has a display of chocolate bunnies and Easter eggs located on the fourth floor near Chef Mickey’s.

Boma at Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge has extended hours on Easter Sunday from 7:30 a.m. until 2 p.m. The restaurant will also have a table full of candy so guests can take some in a “to go” box.

The Palace Library at Kidani Village is being transformed into the Library Lounge and will be open from 4 p.m. until midnight serving appetizers and cocktails from Sanaa. Guests can also enjoy the Maji Pool Bar’s cookout from March 28 – April 12, weather permitting.

The BoardWalk Bakery at Disney’s BoardWalk Inn is serving up a new Easter cupcake. It’s a vanilla cupcake filled with raspberry panna cotta filling and topped with a coconut “nest” filled with jelly beans.

And, 1900 Park Fare at Disney’s Grand Floridian is open for seasonal brunches from 1-3 p.m. on March 29 through April 5. Don’t forget to check out the gorgeous Easter egg display in the lobby before or after your meal.
