It’s official! The first phase of Disney’s Polynesian Villas & Bungalows officially opened to guests on March 31.

The newest Disney Vacation Club Resort will offer 360 Deluxe Studios and 20 over-the-water bungalows. The Deluxe Studios will be opening in phases throughout the summer.

“This is truly a stunning addition to the Disney Vacation Club portfolio,” said Ken Potrock, Senior Vice President and General Manager of Disney Vacation Club. “Research has told us that Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort is one of our most beloved Walt Disney World Resort hotels. As a result, we integrated a new Disney Vacation Club resort that stays true to the original character of this spectacular and iconic property.”

The Deluxe Studios will be the largest at Walt Disney World Resort, sleeping five guests each. The studios include tropical décor, bamboo-style fixtures, a hidden pull-down bed, and a split bathroom.

The Bora Bora Bungalows are two-bedroom, two-bathroom bungalows that evoke the spirit of the South Pacific with modern luxuries and an island vibe. The Bungalows include a full kitchen, two bedrooms, split bathrooms, a washer and dryer, two hidden pull-down beds, and a private plunge pool on the deck overlooking Seven Seas Lagoon.
