Keeping Cool at Pop Century

It’s easy to stay cool during the dog days of summer at Disney’s Pop Century Resort.

The fan-favorite value resort is home to three pools, each with its own unique theme.

The large “feature” pool at the resort is the Hippy Dippy Pool, located near the 1960s section of the resort and Classic Hall (home to the Everything Pop quick service dining and gift shop).

The flower-shaped pool can get crowded, especially during peak season. The pool is home to the Petals Pool Bar, and it’s where the daily pool party takes place. At night it’s where you’ll find the movies under the stars.

Pop Century also has two “quiet” pools – the Bowling Pin Pool and the Computer Pool.

The Bowling Pin pool is shaped like a bowling pin and is located near the 1950s section of the resort. One fun feature of this pool is that the concrete area around the pool actually looks like bowling alley lanes.

Back in the 1990s section of the resort you’ll find the Computer Pool. The pool is themed to look like a very large (four story!) laptop computer. There’s even an oversize keyboard on the pool deck where the kids like to play.
