Menu Updates at Wilderness Lodge and Caribbean Beach Resort

The Whispering Canyon Café at Disney’s Wilderness Lodge and Shutters at Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort have recently updated their menus.

Over at Whispering Canyon Café the guest favorite “all you care to enjoy” skillet has returned to the dinner menu. This item was removed from the menu in 2012 and was rebranded as “build your own skillet.”

Other menu updates include the addition of Bandana Bandit’s Herb Crusted Cod, which joins Lazy Susan’s Citrus Glazed Trout as fish options on the menu. The appetizer menu also has a new item – Ranger John’s Chicken and Corn Tortilla Soup.

Our friends at the Disney Food Blog are also reporting menu changes at Shutters, the table service location at Caribbean Beach.

The appetizer menu now includes Chicken Sanchoco and Caribbean Crab and Seafood Corn Dogs, which sound very interesting. These new appetizers replace the Mahi Mahi Bake and the Chorizo Black Bean Soup.

New entrée items include Garlic Lime Seared Chicken Breast and Pan Seared Jerk Rubbed Mahi Mahi.
