Details Announced for Disney’s Polynesian Villas & Bungalows
Disney Vacation Club has announced new details about the newest DVC property, Disney’s Polynesian Villas & Bungalows. The newest DVC resort is built directly over the Seven Seas Lagoon and will sleep up to eight guests. The resort will also have a plunge pool that gives guests views of the fireworks from the Magic Kingdom. The resort features the largest Deluxe Studios at Walt Disney World, called the 360 Deluxe Studios. We have exciting news to report! The Silver Creek Springs Pool at Disney’s Wilderness Lodge has reopened after closing in September for a refurbishment! The biggest change we’re seeing at the pool is the addition of a fence around the area. The new fence features a mama bear and her cub on the gates. We’ve seen gates at several other Walt Disney World Resort pools, most notably at the Art of Animation and Disney’s Grand Floridian. Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel at the Disneyland Resort is getting an all-new gingerbread house this year. The display is set to open November 27 – Thanksgiving Day! This new gingerbread house was created by a team of 25 engineers, bakers, and artists and it took 1,400 hours to bake the edible portions of the house.
